Cycle & Make a Difference Charity Series sponsored by MSP CAT

The sixth round of the year-long Cycle and Make a Difference Charity Series jointly organized by Myanmar Cycling Federation and Myan Shwe Pyi Tractors Company was successfully held Road race at Ou Yin Wa Village (Hlegu Township) in Yangon. The 51 cyclists participated in the event.

Night Team MTB XC Race (December 11, 2015)

Cycle & Make a Difference Charity Series sponsored by MSP CAT The sixth round of the year-long Cycle and Make a Difference Charity Series jointly organized by Myanmar Cycling Federation and Myan Shwe Pyi Tractors Company was successfully held Night Team MTB XC race at North Dagon Cycling Park (Sport Garden Project Compound) in Yangon. The 66 cyclists of 16 bicycle teams participated in the event.

MTB XC Race at Taunggyi (May 31, 2015)

Cycle & Make a Difference Charity Series sponsored by MSP CAT The fourth round of the year-long Cycle and Make a Difference Charity Series jointly organized by Myanmar Cycling Federation and Myan Shwe Pyi Tractors Company was successfully held MTB XC race at right side of coniferous forest (near 199 Miles 1 Farlon) of Taunggyi. The 50 cyclists participated in this challenging bike race.

The 50 cyclists participated in the event.

The third round of the year-long Cycle and Make a Difference Charity Series jointly organized by Myanmar Cycling Federation and MSP CAT was successfully held MTB XC race at Nature’s Life Stadium near the Yankin hill of Mandalay. The 42 male cyclists 11 female cyclists participated for total 25 km distance tough and challenging track MTB XC race.

In addition to the attractive prizes, winners also had a chance to win Ks. 1,000,000 to donate to a charity of their choice.

The third round of the year-long Cycle and Make a Difference Charity Series jointly organized by Myanmar Cycling Federation and Myan Shwe Pyi Tractors Company was successfully held team night MTB XC race, the first bicycle night race in Myanmar, at Nature’s Life Stadium near the Yankin hill of Mandalay. The 53 cyclists of 14 bicycle teams participated in the event.

Myanmar Cycling Federation and Myan Shwe Pyi Tractors Ltd. jointly organized the men’s and women’s age-wise road race in Mandalay on 28th March 2015. Mandalay Region Minister for Social Affairs Dr.Win Hlaing launched the road race with participation of 48 cyclists who rolled on three rounds of moats and climbed Mandalay Hill twice and continued their route along 66th street, 62nd street, Prince Kanaung Road and 51st street, MSP CAT office where awarding ceremony was held. Principal of Sports and Physical Education Institute (Mandalay) U Myo Myint Aung awarded winners in the under19 and above-26 events.

The president of Myanmar Cycling Federation, U Khin Maung Win presented medals and cash awards to prize winning cyclists.

The 10th Asian Continental BMX Championship (October 31, 2015)

The 10th Asian Continental BMX Championships, the first cyclist event ever held in Myanmar with the official endorsement from the sport’s governing body, the International Cycling Union (UCI), was held in Nay Pyi Taw. The BMX race was attended by Boowong Choi, secretary general of the Asian Cycling Confederation under the UCI. The talents of 58 riders from 10 countries across Asia, including Japan, South Korea and Thailand participated in this significant event.
